EBay Designer Collab Alert!
You may think I’m being premature with this announcement to mark your calendar, once you see the date, but trust me–this has Target-Missoni-crazy-sell-out all over it.
The skinny: It’s a first time exclusive collection collab for eBay – they’ve amassed a group of trending designers to create an exclusive collection of holiday 2012 gifts that includes jewelry, home décor, travel and electronic accessories as well as apparel for women and men. Not only is it a limited edition collection, everything is priced $100 or less.
The designers: Jonathan Adler, Billy Reid, Chris Benz, Dana Lorenz of Fallon, Amy Smilovic and Steven Alan of Tibi and Brian Wolk and Claude Morais of Ruffian.
The date: November 12
The reminder: Did you write it down? I’m not sure I saw you grab a pen…seriously, put it on the calendar. Even if you choose to check it out as a spectator only…
Here’s a sneak preview:
There’s not much I don’t want to own by Jonathan Adler for eBay – love these fun accessories, especially the heart ornament!
At this year’s CFDA awards Billy Reid was declared menswear designer of the year. I’m obsessing over these chic canvas travel bags – makes me want to book those two tickets to Africa I’ve been dying to buy for me and the husband…
The lace on these tees up the glam factor by Amy Smilovic and Steven Alan of Tibi for eBay. Wear these to the gym, if you want, but they’d make a fun date night look with a pair of rockin’ heels.
I’m kinda crazy for the jewelry that Dana Lorenz creates for Fallon, even more so now that I know that pieces in this capsule collection start at $58.
Chris Benz for eBay – that cashmere tee with his monogram and PJ’s look comfy!
Steven Alan travel and electronic leather goods for eBay – these would make incredibly handsome gifts.
Festive holiday accoutrements by Ruffian’s Brian Wolk and Claude Morais for eBay
