The Manatee County-based boat manufacturer Chris-Craft was recently given the 2018 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index Award for excellence in customer satisfaction. The award is bestowed by the National Marine Manufacturers Association and honors boat and engine manufacturers that measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers.
