The holiday season is here, and Lights in Bloom®: An Open-air Holiday Light Show returns to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ Downtown Sarasota campus!

Lights in Bloom®: An Open-air Holiday has become a holiday tradition for residents and visitors alike. In 2019, this family-friendly experience was selected for inclusion in USA Today’s Top Ten List of Botanical Garden Holiday Light Shows. Lights in Bloom®: An Open-air Holiday Light Show will take place nightly from December 12 to 23 and 26 to 31, 2020, and on January 1 and 2, 2021.

Throughout Selby Gardens, guests will be immersed in the glow of more than two million lights, all in a safe and socially distanced outdoor Gardens-wide experience. Family-friendly activities will include spray-on face painting, balloon artistry, and photo opportunities. The tropical holiday paradise will showcase Selby Gardens as it is adorned with shining butterflies, dragonflies, and flowers, along with traditional favorites like the wishing tree. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at a variety of locations throughout the Gardens, including the Selby House Café.

New ticket options are available this year, too, including a Four Night Pass and an Early Entry Ticket! Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance online at selby.org.
