This home has seen love found and love lost. And shoes. Many, many shoes. Sam Logan of MTV's reality TV show Siesta Key is the former boyfriend of the show’s main character Juliette Porter—they broke up in August after a little more than a year. Logan's Instagram tells a slice of the story, which includes followers accusing him of flaunting younger, scantily-dressed women on his account.

Porter and Logan began dating in 2019 after Porter's split from on-again, off-again boyfriend and co-star Alex Kompothecras, who is no longer on the show.

But Logan took the Instagram accusations in stride—especially with all those shoes to pick from. And, minus the kicks, the home is now listed for sale. So not only do you get the pool and the bayou views, you get the drama, since the home was the site of many of the show’s episodes.

That's why Siesta Key co-star Lexie Salameh has to closely vet potential buyers. She's also a real estate agent with Living Vogue Real Estate in Sarasota and is representing Logan’s property. She has to not only do the usual legwork that comes with heading up a sale, but also make sure interested parties aren't just on the hunt for an Instagram opportunity in the reality TV star’s home.

So is Logan leaving the show once the sale closes? No. Salameh says his friends and family are here in Sarasota, and he’ll still be on the show, but “he wants to explore what's out there and move to another city.” 

He bought the home at 3936 Roberts Point Road for ​​$4,175,000 last year and it’s now on the market for $6,799,999 (or 112 Bitcoin).

The two-story, contemporary-style home spans 6,114 square feet, has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and sits on a little less than half an acre. It has a rooftop terrace overlooking an outdoor pool and Bayou Nettie, and it allows for easy boat access. There's a bonus room with a wet bar, and three guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and outdoor access to patios. There’s also a media room, wine cellar and sauna.
