Ahead of Hurricane Milton's projected landfall on Wednesday, self-service sandbags will be available for Sarasota and Manatee County residents. 

Sarasota County

The following sandbag locations will be open on Monday, Oct. 7, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the following locations:

• Twin Lakes Park, 6700 Clark Road, Sarasota, 34241
• South County Fleet Services, 4571 SR 776/Englewood Road, Venice, 34293
• Seaboard, 252 Seaboard Ave., Venice, 34285

Longboat Key

Sandbags are available at the following location:
