Williams Parker recently announced that attorney Nicole F. Christie has been elected partner of the firm, effective July 1.

Christie is a real estate attorney. Her practice covers a wide variety of transactional matters for individuals, developers, lenders, and investors, including purchase and sale transactions, development of subdivisions, condominiums, and real estate investments, and leasing of residential and commercial property. She examines title issues and title insurance in connection with purchase and sale transactions. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Sarasota, serves on the events committee for Children First, and is a member of Generation GIV, Children First’s giving circle for young professionals.
