Phase II includes widening Cattlemen Road to four lanes, from Celery Lane to South Packinghouse Road; widening Palmer Boulevard from west of Jakl Avenue to the Interstate-75 overpass; and reconstructing South Packinghouse Road from Cattlemen Road to south of Palmer Boulevard.
