Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe Awarded $25,000 Grant

Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe was recently awarded a grant of $25,000 from The Exchange in support of its 2021-2022 theatre season of shows. The season includes productions of Eubie! (Oct. 6-Nov. 21, 2021), holiday show Joyful! Joyful! (Dec. 1-30, 2021), Ruby (Jan. 12-Feb. 27, 2022), Broadway in Black (March 10-April 24) and one-act plays From Birmingham to Broadway and Float Like a Butterfly (May 4-29, 2022). WBTT has been a beneficiary of support from The Exchange, which supports projects with artistic and cultural value, since 2012.
