This month, Girls Inc. will host its sixth annual August Match Campaign, in which all gifts to the organization will be matched up to $150,000. The matching funds are provided by the Charles and Margery Barancik Foundation, Virginia B. Toulmin Foundation, and an anonymous donor. Money raised during the campaign will support scholarships for girls to attend after-school programming at Girls Inc. It will also support Girls Inc.'s ongoing partnership with Sarasota County Schools, helping to ensure that girls in the Sarasota area have access to intentional, research-based, and age-appropriate programming.

Girls Inc. serves approximately 800 girls annually through after-school, summer camp, and school-based programs in our community.
