On Thursday, April 29, the Global Interdependence Center will host a virtual presentation and Q&A session with the coauthors of The Great Demographic Reversal: Ageing Societies, Waning Inequality, and an Inflation Revival, Charles Goodhart and Manoj Pradhan. The event will examine how the global economy is likely to evolve, and will also serve as the center's annual fundraiser.

During the event, Goodhart will also be presented with the Frederick Heldring Award for Global Leadership. The award is presented to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to international relations, trade and global citizenship. Pradhan is the founder of macroeconomic research firm Talking Heads Macro. The event will take place via Zoom and begin at 11 a.m. Admission is free. Register online here.
