With a renewed focus on client placement, Sunways co-founders Mark and Elli Baldwin help quickly assess the wants and needs of their clients and create a custom list of senior communities that could be a good fit. They also help clients manage the process, including scheduling tours, answering questions and helping with a seamless move-in. Services are free of charge; Sunways Senior Living Concierge makes its profits from the senior living communities when a referral is made. Other services include connecting clients with elder care attorneys, transportation services, home health care companies and downsizing services or recommending support groups.
