PGT Innovations, Inc. (NYSE:PGTI), the Venice-based manufacturer of windows and doors, has announced that it has elected Xavier Boza to its board of directors, effective March 1, 2021. Boza will serve as a Class I director; the board expects to nominate him to stand for election as a director at PGT Innovations’ 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. He is currently executive vice-president and chief human resources officer of Campbell Soup Company.
