The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature has named Allison Nash its new development director. In her new role, Nash will oversee the museum’s donor relations and fundraising activities, including its Annual Fund, which provides the main support for The Bishop’s operations. She will also oversee the museum’s planned giving, membership, sponsorship and grant support programs. A Bradenton-area native, Nash was previously associate director of the State College of Florida Foundation, where she focused on supporting funding for student scholarships, college enhancements and capital projects.
