Sarasota-based construction management firm and commercial contractor Firmo Construction has been hired to convert downtown Fort Myers’ Hotel Indigo into a Tapestry Collection, Hilton’s newest upscale brand.  In partnership with Savannah-based hospitality and development company HOS Management, over the next year Firmo will execute a top-to-bottom conversion of the eight-story, 6,500-square-foot property, which currently has 72 guest rooms. When finished, the new hotel will feature 96 guest suites, a renovated rooftop pool and bar, and a new commercial kitchen and lobby bar for expanded food and beverage offerings.
