Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently hired Erin Guzzo as its marketing, proposals and communications manager and Chad Baldwin as an assistant superintendent.

In her new position, Guzzo will explore regional business opportunities and manage the request for proposal and qualification process. She will also oversee the company’s marketing initiatives, event planning and external communications. Meanwhile, Baldwin will utilize his technical experience to support the company’s superintendents and assist with scheduling, job site documentation, compliance and safety standards, and quality control and assurance. He will be contributing to the Englewood Elementary School replacement project.
