The Consortium of Florida Education Foundations recently awarded the Education Foundation of Sarasota County $75,475.85 in matching funds through the School District Education Foundation Matching Grant Program. The funds support the expansion of the Education Foundation’s "College, Career, and Life Readiness" initiative, designed to help young adults graduate with a plan and purpose for their lives after high school.  To help students achieve that goal, the Education Foundation has created four Student Success Centers—three on high school campuses, plus a recently opened autonomous center, LaunchPad4U, that is available to students, teachers and families outside usual school campus hours.
