The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall was recently named a "Top Stop" for venues with a capacity of 2,000 or fewer by VenuesNow. The bayfront hall has been closed for most of 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic; however, it recently announced its first main stage show in almost a year: the magician Reza, who will perform on Jan. 25. The hall has also hosted small events on its lawn and in its grand foyer throughout the year.
