Carla Rayman-Kidd, an affiliated sales associate with Coldwell Banker Realty’s St. Armands office, has won the National Association of Realtors’ 2020 Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS) Instructor of the Year award. Carla has team-taught more than 250 CIPS individual students in institutes offered in Florida, Virginia, the Bahamas and Jamaica. She is an active contributor on the CIPS Facebook page, and was integral in the launch of the CIPS Mentor Program.
