Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) chapter president Eleni Kouvatsos has earned her professional accreditation in public relations. Kouvatsos earned a bachelor of science degree in public relations from the University of Florida in 2014 and began working for First Watch Restaurants in 2015, where she is now the senior manager of communications. She leads public relations efforts for the brand, including its earned media strategy, social media strategy and crisis communication, in addition to overseeing a customer care team as well as other strategic public relations and marketing programs. Kouvatsos joined CWC-FPRA in 2015 and began serving on the chapter’s board in 2018.
