Easterseals Happiness House will welcome Patrick Ryan as the agency’s chief operating officer, effective Oct. 2. Ryan will lead the agency’s day-to-day operations as it enters its 75th year of providing services to children, youth and adults with disabilities and their families. He comes to Easterseals after a long career with the YMCA, serving most recently as chief operating officer at the Merrimack Valley YMCA in Massachusetts. Before moving to Massachusetts, he served at the Sky Family YMCA in Venice for 17 years. He has also held positions with the Englewood facility.

At Easterseals, Ryan will implement strategies designed to accommodate the agency’s continued growth and objectives. He will also work to strengthen collaborative partnerships.
