Sarasota-based property development company The Barrington Group Inc. has hired Ryan Lieberman as vice-president of development. In this role, Lieberman will be tasked with expanding Barrington Group's latest development, The Floridian Club, across Florida and potentially into other states. The Floridian Club of Sarasota is a resort community of customizable single-story villas, with unique lease terms and a variety of amenities.

Previously, Lieberman was employed at ARC Relocation, a small privately held firm, where he held multiple roles. He has more than 15 years of residential real estate experience and received an MBA from George Mason University.
