Sarasota-based luxury builder Nautilus Homes has won two Best in American Living (BALA) Awards and one Nationals award from the National Home Builder’s Association. Now in its 10th year, Nautilus Homes received a Gold BALA award in the category of Best Custom Home (4,001 to 5,000 square feet) for its build of Old Grove, an antebellum-style estate in Ellenton, and a Platinum BALA award in the Design Detail category on its Orchid Beach home’s Orchid Conservatory. The company also won a Silver Nationals Award for best interiors in a custom home for Old Grove.
