The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce has announced the futurist David Houle will be the guest speaker at chamber's 2020 annual breakfast on Friday, Feb. 21, at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota. Houle will present a talk called “The 2020s: The Future of Business." In it, he'll discuss the dynamics of the next 10 years and how they will affect businesses of all sizes, including transportation and energy, global finance, climate change, generational change, 21^st-century manufacturing, and medical and health discoveries. Houle's new book, The 2020s: The Most Disruptive Decade in History, is the first in a series that will examine the ascendent trends and disruptions of the 2020s.
