Rick Piccolo, the president and CEO of the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, will discuss the future of air travel in the area at a join luncheon of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance and The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. Piccolo will cover the workings of the airport, future growth there, drones, local aviation companies and more. The event takes place 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, at the Carlisle Inn Sarasota, 3713 Bahia Vista St., Sarasota. Registration is $25-$30.
