Business and community leader Cliff Walters will receive the inaugural Robert P. Bartz Award for Outstanding Leadership at the Manatee Chamber of Commerce’s 55th Annual Dinner, which runs 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31. Walters, a principal partner with the Blalock Walters, P.A. law firm, is a past chairman of the chamber and past trustee member of the Manatee Chamber Foundation. The chamber program will also recognize outgoing chairman of the board Kevin DiLallo and incoming chairman Darcie Duncan. The dinner takes place at the Bradenton Area Convention Center, 1 Haben Blvd., Palmetto. Tickets are $75-$95.
