Mary Carr recently purchased suite 203 of Bay Street Town Center, located at 3983 Destination Drive, Osprey, from Bay Street Partners LLC for $98,000. Suite 203 includes 958 square feet of north-facing second-floor office space. Carr plans to open an acupuncture clinic in the suite.
