The homebuilder Neal Communities recently broke ground on two new villa models at Indigo, a gated community in Lakewood Ranch. Expected to be completed in spring 2018, the Sandcastle model will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. The Tidewinds model will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. The neighborhood is located at the intersection of Pope Road and 44th Avenue East.
