First Watch, the University Park-based breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant chain, will open the doors to its newest Sarasota restaurant at 7 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 11. The new café is located at 5354 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, in front of Target. It will employ about 25 people. The 3,500-square-foot restaurant will be the company's eighth restaurant in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
