Maurice Opstal of Stellar Development Inc. recently purchased the two buildings located at 59 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, from Janet Gigante for $550,000. One building is a two-story, 5,184-square-foot office building with 13 offices, a reception area, several bathrooms and storage. The second building is a 2,399-square-foot warehouse. The property will serve as the new headquarters for Stellar Development.
