Ryan Hilton, a co-proprietor of Sarasota's Admiral Travel International, Inc. and the agency’s sister tour company AuthentEscapes, was recently named a travel specialist for the 14th consecutive year as part of Condé Nast Traveler’s 2017 list of "Top Travel Specialists." The list recognizes Hilton for his expertise in Southern Africa, a designation awarded to only six agents in the world. Condé Nast Traveler cited Hilton for the photography workshops he has planned in the bush, his ability to connect travelers with anti-poaching teams and his coordination of a 10-day, 62-mile walking safari through raw wilderness. Hilton and his wife and business partner, Malaka Hilton, launched Admiral Travel 20 years ago. Last year, the company made roughly 5,000 reservations for guests and generated $14 million in revenue.
