Goodwill Manasota recently promoted Bill Thielen to director of risk management. In the role, he will be responsible for contributing creative new ideas as well as implementing programs and procedures that affect all safety, loss and risk issues. Thielen has been with Goodwill since 2009, starting in its information systems department as a support technician.
