Brian West of Publix Super Markets will be the guest speaker at the Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association's next luncheon, which takes place 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, 8350 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. West, Publix's media and community relations manager, will discuss the company's philosophy on customer service and the impact that Publix has had on the region. Tickets are $25-$35.
