The City of North Port is hosting its second annual North Port Real Estate Summit from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3, at the new North Port campus of Suncoast Technical College, 4445 Career Lane, North Port. The invitation-only summit was created to bring together commercial real estate professionals and community leaders to discuss the real estate market and local investments. Details of the new Atlanta Braves spring training facility will also be unveiled. The event’s keynote speakers are Dan O’Berski of Trinity Commercial and Paul Erhardt of West Villages.
