The Naples company Conditioned Air recently made three staff appointments in its northern region, which includes Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. Mark Black has been promoted to general manager for the northern division. He oversees the service department, replacement department and production housing department, while also developing the new construction department. Tim Reynolds, meanwhile, has been appointed as comfort specialist and Charlie Erritt has been named commercial estimator.
