The Manatee Chamber of Commerce honored four winners at its 38th annual small business of the year awards. Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery was named top business for small businesses under $250,000; Williams Wealth Management Group was a winner in the $250,000 to $1 million category; Blalock Walters, P.A., won in the $1 million and over category; and the PACE Center for Girls was named the top nonprofit.
