Eighteen Local Companies Make Inc. 5000
Inc. Magazine came out Monday with its 36th annual list of the top 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America, and the North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton area was well represented, with 18 companies on the list.
Leading the local companies was Adva-Net of Lakewood Ranch, which ranked 13th overall and No. 1 in the health sector. Adva-Net describes itself as the nation's leading ancillary network for high-acuity workers' compensation claims, providing services for comprehensive pain management, post-acute care management, and addiction recovery.
