Venice's Caldwell Trust Company recently hired trust associate Marci Sweat. Marci Sweat has worked in finance since 2008, when she joined Northern Trust Company in Sarasota as a receptionist and special projects assistant. While employed there she attended Northern Trust School and three years of the Florida Trust & Wealth Management School, sponsored by Florida Bankers Association. By the time she resigned in early 2017 she had advanced to officer and account manager on Northern Trust’s wealth management advisory team. She now works in Caldwell’s Sarasota office, where she supports the trust officers who are based in that location. Caldwell currently manages over $875 million in assets for clients throughout the United States.
