Jackson & Associates General Contractors Inc., along with the developers, condo owners, building tenants, construction crew and project contributors, recently held the "topping off" ceremony for 1500 State Street, a new mixed-use development at the corner of State Street and Lemon Avenue in downtown Sarasota. The ceremony celebrates the placing of the last beam atop the structure. 941CEO, as well as our sister publication, Sarasota Magazine, will occupy the new building, as will other tenants such as S’macks Burgers & Shakes, Optional Art and RE/MAX Platinum Realty.
