Free Class Tackles Home Design for Aging and Disabled Residents

Sarasota County and the nonprofit Universal Design Coalition are offering a new class on how to make homes more livable for aging and disabled individuals from 4 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, at the Gulf Gate Library, 7112 Curtis Ave., Sarasota. The class is intended for homeowners, designers and more, and it expands upon the county's Universal Design and Visitability incentive program for builders. The class is free, but you must register online here.
