Median sales prices for homes increased in February, while sales of single-family homes remained relatively flat, according to new data released by Florida Realtors on Wednesday. The statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in February was $225,000, up 12.5 percent from the previous year, while total sales declined by 0.5 percent when compared to February 2016.
