CitySide, the new urban apartment community located at 700 Cocoanut Ave., Sarasota, in the Rosemary District, has opened and residences are beginning to fill up. One of several new Rosemary District projects, CitySide is the first new apartment community in the neighborhood to have residents move in. The Rosemary District will become home to more than 1,100 new condo and apartment units over the next few years, according to current plans, growth that could double the population of the area.
