Bradenton's Dicorb Holdings Inc. last month purchased a fully leased office condo built in 2003 and located at 7353 International Place, #307, Lakewood Ranch, from Sarasota's Nu Beginnings at Sarasota, LLP, for $140,000. Melissa Harris of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction and Peter Bartys of SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.
