David Gurley—founder and president of Gurley Vitale, a Sarasota law firm specializing in construction law—was recently selected by Super Lawyers as a Top Florida Attorney. This marks the eighth consecutive year Gurley has achieved the recognition, having first received the honor in 2009.

Plaintiff’s personal injury and commercial litigation attorney F. Scott Westheimer was recently recognized for 20 years of service with the Sarasota law firm of Syprett, Meshad, Resnick, Lieb, Dumbaugh, Jones, Krotec & Westheimer, P.A. Westheimer is a managing partner for the firm, and last year was elected by The Florida Bar Board of Governors to serve as one of only three board elected representatives to its 2016-2017 Executive Committee.
