Giovanni Migliorini of Café Epicure; Carlo Piras, the former owner of Café Americano; and Maurice Connaughton, the broker at Sarasota Signature Real Estate, recently purchased a unit at the entry of the Bay Street Town Center, 3976 Destination Drive, Osprey, for $310,000. The unit, Suite 101, includes 2,337 square feet of first floor retail space, currently empty. The buyers will be outfitting the space for dining and opening an Italian breakfast and lunch restaurant in the near future.
