The private homebuilder Ashton Woods recently completed a new model home in its Rosedale neighborhood. Rosedale is located just off Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and 44th Avenue in Bradenton. A total of nine floor plans are currently offered in Rosedale, ranging in size from 1,862 to 3,515 square feet. The new model home, the Casey model, is a 2,575-square-foot move-in ready home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
