Halfacre Construction Company, a private commercial construction company with offices in Sarasota and Punta Gorda, will renovate and retrofit a 136,000-square-foot building in West Chester, Ohio, that will become the headquarters of Ohio Eagle Distributing, an Anheuser-Busch beer distributor owned by John Saputo. Saputo also owns Gold Coast Eagle Distributing, an Anheuser-Busch distributor in Sarasota. Halfacre Construction built Gold Coast Eagle’s Lakewood Ranch headquarters in 2009.
