The Kansas company The Blvd Sarasota, LLC last month purchased just under an acre of commercial property at the corner of Boulevard of the Arts and U.S. 41 in Sarasota from Sarasota's The May Group, LLC for $5.4 million. The Blvd is managed by Kevin Daves of the Wichita firm Core Development Inc., which "originated, developed and managed construction" of Sarasota's Ritz-Carlton and created The Concession Golf Club, as well as projects in Ohio, Orlando, St. Louis and more.
