Single-family home sales in Florida totaled 19,763 in November, 12.8 percent higher than November 2015, according to new numbers released Wednesday by Florida Realtors. Townhouse and condo sales were 4.1 percent higher. The median sales price for single-family homes last month was $220,000, 10 percent higher than a year before; sales prices for townhouses and condos was $162,000, 8 percent higher.
