Golden Gate Point Ventures, LLC recently celebrated the launch of The Pearl, a new five-story residential development that will be located just to the west of downtown Sarasota on Golden Gate Point. A New Orleans-themed “Bayou Bash” party was held on the site where The Pearl will be constructed, and the development team marked the occasion with a ceremonial champagne pop and the tossing of pearl beads.
