Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate recently named Lynn Kaiser Conrad as branch manager of its Sarasota Central office. Conrad will provide guidance and support to more than 65 sales associates and will lead the office’s growth and recruiting efforts. Conrad brings over 31 years in real estate experience and is moving from the company’s Winter Park office, where she served as assistant manager.
